Refund Policy

Received the Wrong or a Damaged Item? Here's What to Do

While we aim for flawless deliveries, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

To request a replacement or exchange:

  • Send us a WhatsApp message with:
    • An unboxing video clearly showing the issue
    • Photographs of the damage or incorrect item
  • Claims without an unboxing video may be declined.
  • Include your Order ID in all communications. Use email only for formal correspondence.
 Please Note:
  • Wire colour variations may occur and are not eligible for return.
  • Minor, non-visible defects that do not affect the product once installed will not be considered.
  • Products must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in their original packaging.
  • Returns will be denied if packaging is missing or the product has been installed.

If a replacement isn’t feasible, a full refund will be issued instead.

If your return is approved, the refund will be processed automatically and credited to your bank account.

Change of Mind? Please Note Our Policy

We do not accept returns for reasons like personal preference or change of mind. Only damaged or incorrect items are eligible for exchange or refund.

Please allow 20–25 working days from approval for your replacement or refund to be completed.
